We stand behind the quality of FootballTips Software. Our 365-day software guarantee means that if the software has technical issues during your access period, we resolve them at no cost to you.
Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital software products (instant access granted upon purchase), all sales are generally final. However, we offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- The software fails to function as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe after you contact support.
- You were charged but did not receive your license key or download link within 24 hours, and support could not resolve the delivery issue.
- A technical error on our platform resulted in a duplicate charge.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase and software access has been granted.
- Dissatisfaction with prediction outcomes (accuracy is statistical and past performance does not guarantee future results).
- Incompatibility with unsupported operating systems (we clearly state Windows 10/11 is required).
- Requests made after 30 days from the purchase date, except in cases of proven software failure throughout the period.
