By purchasing or using FootballTips Software software, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Product Description

FootballTips Software is an analytical software tool that provides statistical football score predictions. It is sold as a data analysis tool. It is not a financial advice service, betting advisory service, or guaranteed profit system.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

The stated accuracy rate (86%) is based on historical performance data. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Football matches are inherently unpredictable. FootballTips Software makes no guarantee of future prediction accuracy.

4. Licence Terms

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use FootballTips Software for 365 days from the date of purchase. You may not share, resell, or redistribute the software or your licence key.

5. Software Guarantee

We guarantee that the software will function as described during your 365-day access period. If the software has technical errors that prevent normal operation, we will provide technical assistance at no extra cost. This guarantee covers software functionality only — not prediction outcomes.

6. Payment

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in EUR. The access period begins from the date of confirmed payment. Payment is non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

7. Responsible Use

If you use this software in connection with sports betting, you do so at your own risk and responsibility. We strongly encourage responsible gambling. Do not bet more than you can afford to lose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FootballTips Software shall not be liable for any financial losses, indirect damages, or consequential losses arising from the use of this software.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
